DO SALT LAMPS REALLY CLEAN THE AIR?

I only listened of these, a "Himalayan, salt lamps." They 're ostensible to purify and ionize a air. Have we ever used a single and essentially work?

   I don’t think so. You could try placing dishes of salt around your house if you want to test this theory before purchasing one, particularly if the lamps are expensive. Honestly though, I think it takes more than a chunk of salt to clean air.
